- Verified provenance: For select pieces we provide provenance notes and artisan details.
- 7-day returns for defects: Items arriving damaged or defective may be returned within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Secure packing & insured shipping: High-value orders include insured shipping options.
How returns & exchanges work
- Items arriving damaged or defective may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- We'll review your case and provide return instructions or arrange pickup if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Dispatch & delivery
Lead times and shipping coverage vary by product. Each PDP shows product-level lead times and whether we ship from our studio or via third-party logistics. For city-level estimates, provide your delivery city at checkout and we will show estimated windows before payment.
